What To Expect During Your FREE FSS...

Before we take you through a workout, we first want to identify what you specifically need by performing your DSC Fitness Strategy Session. The results of the session will serve as a “blueprint” that we will use to design your personalized program ensuring that you meet your goals. Every single person who works out at DSC has a unique exercise protocol based upon the results of the initial fitness strategy session.

First, you will be provided a professionally trained staff member and review the following: health history, past injuries, training history and your specific goals.

Second, you will be guided through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS will allow our team to evaluate and identify asymmetries and/or limitations. As a result, our staff will quickly identify dangerous movement patterns so that they can be addressed. The movement screen indicates an individual’s readiness to perform exercise so that realistic goals can be set and achieved... creating a functional baseline to mark progress and provide a means to measure performance.

Lastly, we will conduct a body composition analysis. The analysis will provide a detailed review of your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, fat mass and overall weight. By completing the FSS we we can track and measure your progress ensuring you meet your desired RESULTS!
