Practical experience is an education that you can’t find in a textbook, lecture, Internet forum or seminar. In school we learn what we are taught, in the real world we learn what works and how to ADAPT! This is an art, not a science. I will continue to invest in continuing education as a means of reaching my true potential as a Coach, but too many times I have found the answers through “doing!” How did you learn to ride a bike? Although verbal dialogue is important, without “doing” you’d still be riding on training wheels! The genius is in the DOING! “What the average person calls luck, the genius knows is practice.” Shut up and Coach!
